Thendral Service Apartment

The property owner refused to accommodate me when I arrived, saying he doesn't accept any online bookings, even though I'd already been charged for the booking. The owner and Agoda are cheats of the highest order. Don't book if you don't want to be cheated out of your money.

Worst behaviour ever. I cancelled the room two days after booking, and they said they'd refund the money. Then they blocked both the managing director and the manager. They shouldn't be running this apartment. Please don't book it.

The check-in was the worst. I booked through Oyo, and they played games with us, leaving us out on the road for more than an hour. They don't want to pay commission to Oyo, but still want Oyo's services. Without Oyo, we wouldn't know about your hotel.

The staff at the apartment were amazing. Mr Razan at reception was just "WAW", such a helpful person. The other one was the old security guard, a real hero. Love you! It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended.
