The sea view was the best part of our hi-tea at Hilltop International Bay View. Sitting with hot tea and looking over the ocean was especially nice at sunset, when the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The tea was freshly made, hot and flavorful, with tasty snacks alongside. It's not a big or elaborate spread, but it works well for a relaxed evening with friends or family. The staff were attentive and courteous, and served everything on time. A nice Port Blair place to unwind over tea and light bites. I'd go back.

Raja and Aksh were polite, attentive, and gave us very good service at Hilltop International, Andaman. We enjoyed good food and some quality time in a clean, neat, pleasant setting. The location is good too. After a tiring visit to Cellular Jail, high tea here felt soothing and relaxing. A great stop for couples and families visiting Andaman.

The view from up top was beautiful and immediately relaxing. Raj and Raja were kind, helpful, and there whenever we needed them, which made the stay feel special. I'd come back for both the view and the people.

The pool on the 4th floor has an awesome location, and the male staff were really good and cooperative. The rooms were clean, but small for what they charge. Breakfast was basic, with No Love Breakfast and not even Omlets, despite this being an international hotel. The female staff member wasn't good.

Riya, Kashyash, and Raj made a real difference with their warm welcome and attentive care throughout the visit. Their friendly, professional service stood out. The hotel had elegant decor, calm surroundings and a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere that felt like home. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it for a peaceful, well-managed visit. We'll be back.
