Narshra and Kadir deserve a special thank you. They were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel welcome and at home. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt warm. From the moment I arrived, the stay exceeded my expectations. I'd happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable experience.

Hello everyone, greetings from Chef Akash at Nestle India Ltd. We had a wonderful Bakers Meet at [Hotel Grand Continental Prayagraj], where we also hold our Bakers Meet and Caterer Meet every year. The location is great, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Special thanks and respect to Mr Ashish Shrivastava, Exe Chef Nandan, Chef Devraj Pal, Chef Sanjay, Trivedni, Gulam Kadir, Vishal, Jeet, Ashwani, Ram Singh, Arun and Bablu Thapa. Keep it up, and lots of blessings. The food was delicious, and the rooms, Banquet, Toilets and Lobby were beautiful, clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay or hold any kind of event here again. I recommend this property with 5 stars 🌟

The food wasn’t great at first, but Mr. Shashwat, the Manager, listened patiently to our feedback and acted on it quickly. He was kind and cooperative, and helped turn the visit into a good experience. The warm hospitality at Flavours Restaurant in Grand Continental made a real difference. Thank you for the care.

The location in Civil Lines, near the main market, was very convenient for shopping and getting around. The rooms are spacious, and both the breakfast and other food were good. The hotel also has useful facilities like a pool and banquet space, and a heater was listed among the amenities. Those parts of the stay were satisfactory. The room itself had some serious issues. The bathroom drain was so slow that water collected while I was bathing. On Dec 30th, there was no hot water. When we called room service, the two staff members, one male and one female, first said the water was fine. After I pressed them, they acknowledged the heating element needed checking and that hot water wasn't available. Management later confirmed it had burnt out. Staff should be clear about the problem and offer a temporary fix, such as bucket water or another working room. This handling needs improvement. We were placed in a roadside room, and traffic noise came through constantly even with the windows closed. For a hotel at this price and in this location, street-facing rooms need sound-proof glass or better insulation. I had a mostly satisfactory stay because of the food and location, but plumbing, hot water, and noise insulation need attention. If noise bothers you or you need dependable hot water, ask for a sound-proof or non-road-facing room and check the hot water when you arrive.
