The staff were attentive, friendly, and polite, which made breakfast even nicer. There was plenty to choose from, and it all tasted fresh. I had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it.

The location is convenient and the staff were helpful. The hotel management should work on the cleanliness and breakfast food quality to bring the standards up.

Bablu gave us excellent service when our group of 13 had a get-together and dinner at Madhushala on the first floor. The starters were good, especially the fresh Cheeze Pineapple, and the Onion Bhaji (Pakoda) came out hot and crisp. Crockery was good too. Most of the food was good, except the Karari Roti. The ambiance was nice, though the lighting overall was low. The toilet is on the ground floor by reception.

I had back pain after sleeping because the beds weren't firm. The sheets looked used and hadn't been cleaned properly, and the breakfast items weren't hot. The restaurant was dark, and the hotel didn't feel safe.

A convenient spot, and I had a really good stay. The room was clean and room service was good. I'd highly recommend this place.
