The Google photos looked nothing like the actual place. My room was extremely dirty, with tobacco stains everywhere. The staff were rude and unprofessional, which made for a very disappointing stay. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I wouldn't recommend booking here.

My stay here was a good experience. The rooms were spacious and good, and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere. Service was good too, and the staff treated customers sincerely.

Check-in was really unpleasant because the receptionist was rude and lacked basic manners and etiquette. The staff seemed indifferent to guests' concerns, and none of their behavior felt welcoming. I've never had such a terrible hotel experience, and the service was disappointing.
