I booked Hotel Marvel Bliss, Vimannagar, Pune through Booking.com for April 1, 2026, and had a confirmed reservation. But when I arrived, they refused to accommodate me because of my nationality. My companion and I were left stranded in severe weather. I did not stay there under any circumstances. Since then, the property has ignored my calls and messages. I had to take the matter up with Booking.com, and even getting the refund process moving required escalation. I still haven't received my money back. The experience raises serious concerns about how guests are treated and whether confirmed bookings are honored. I'd advise future guests to check the hotel's policies directly before arriving. My earlier review was removed, so I'm posting again to make sure an accurate account of my experience is visible.

I paid for a booking, but two weeks before I was due to arrive, the hotel texted that there was an operations problem and asked me to move to another hotel. They sent a new address and said I wouldn't need to pay anything. When I got there, the new hotel knew nothing about it. I tried calling and messaging them on WhatsApp, but no one answered. I had to contact the website's customer service myself to get a refund, then book another hotel. No one at Fab hotel Marvel bliss helped me with this.

The rooms were small and unremarkable, though the place was clean and well maintained. Make My Trip advertised early check-in up to 2 hours when available. The hotel was empty, and we only needed a room for 8 hours, with no overnight stay, but the owner gruffly demanded an extra 200 Rs for the 2 hours of early check-in.

The bedsheets and blankets were dirty, and the room wasn't very clean. They really need to improve hygiene. The restaurant looked nothing like the pictures, and once we saw it, we didn't even consider having breakfast. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The breakfast was delicious, and the premises felt pleasant. Staff were courteous and helpful, making for a comfortable, enjoyable stay at FabHotel Marvel Bliss. I'd recommend it.
