Pearl Inn by OYO Rooms

The breakfast was good, but the stay was awful. I was given towels with blood stains, and there were cockroaches all over the room. The reception was the only decent part of the hotel. The owners, akash bhairat, don’t know how to treat guests, especially their family member sunita bhairat. On weekdays, when OYO bookings aren’t full, couples also visit by the hour, and akash bhairat rents rooms out hourly. Worst hotel.

At least the rooms and sheets were clean, and the hotel included unlimited breakfast, which was nice. The location isn’t good, though, and the rooms feel cramped. Outside food isn’t allowed, but the hotel outsources its food and still hesitates to let you take it to your room. We were told to eat in the dining area and warned not to eat on the bed. That’s no way to speak to guests. The walls between rooms are so thin I could hear the conversation next door, which was really annoying.

Agoda promised free cancellation when I booked, but now won’t refund even a penny. Fraud. Avoid Agoda, and avoid OYO too. The hotel was awful, with cockroaches in every room. The bedsheets hadn’t been washed, and hairs from private areas were scattered across the bed.

The rooms were arranged very well, and the servers treated customers excellently. All the services provided were very good.
