Our recent group tour to Puri was for one of our valued corporate clients, with distributors and their families in the group. Hotel Samudra, Puri made the stay a delightful experience and helped make the tour successful and memorable. The management was cooperative and proactive, keeping coordination smooth and the group comfortable. The property was well maintained, the hospitality warm, and the staff courteous and supportive. The food was excellent throughout the stay, thoughtfully planned for a group and appreciated by guests of all ages. Special thanks to the kitchen and service teams for keeping the taste and quality consistent during busy group hours. This was my second stay, and the booking process went smoothly. The staff are very polite, and I like the hotel because it's close to the sea. The checkout time is the one thing management could look at. A little more flexibility would be convenient.

We were happy with our stay at this nice family hotel, with hygienic rooms and nice staff behaviour. The food quality was average. The hotel's beach gate gives direct access to neeladri beach from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. For jaganath temple and bedi hamanun mandir, it's advisable to hire an auto or e-rickshaw. You can get one easily if you use mayfair as the landmark, and you're sorted.

The reception was helpful and let us check in early without charging extra. Room service was excellent, and the buffet breakfast was healthy and tasty. The restaurant food was very good too. The hotel was calm and quiet, with a well-kept garden. Niladri beach is almost connected to it, and we enjoyed bathing there away from the crowd. Evenings get boring because there are very few shops nearby and almost no eateries.

Great hotel by the shore of Niladri beach, Puri. You can enjoy the beach at any time, including sunrise and sunset. One improvement would help: the bathroom by the beach opening gate needs doors, a shower and a wall hook hanger. Then people could shower after their beach activities before going into the hotel rooms. Thanks.
