Moon CT Road Puri by Goroomgo

The location near Golden Beach is the only good thing. We booked two nights, August 10 to 12, but they showed us one hotel and took us to a different one near CT Moon hotel, saying that one was theirs too. The room was messy, smelled bad, hadn’t been cleaned, and the floor was coming up. Cockroaches were everywhere, and the bathroom door had no inside lock. For two guests, they gave us one pillow and no bedsheet. There was only one charging point, and the main door lock didn’t work. The key was rusty too. When we asked for help, they didn’t care, and they refused to refund us. This was the worst experience I’ve had. Please choose another hotel.

The room was filthy and poorly kept, with standing water and a strong bad smell in the bathroom. I even saw a cockroach crawling across the floor. The room looked nothing like the online pictures, which seemed completely fake. Although I’d paid in advance, it wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I waited over an hour while they cleaned it. A very disappointing waste of money. I strongly advise people not to book this hotel.

The rooms were messy and dirty, and there wasn’t a first-floor room available even though my online booking for four AC rooms was for that floor, July 27 to 31, 2025. We chose not to stay and cancelled all the bookings, but I never got my money back. They had promised an easy refund if we didn’t like the room, then refused to return the payment. Communication with both the hotel group and owner was very poor, and they weren’t cooperative. What they show in the online pictures isn’t there. This felt like a total fraud. Please value your money and don’t book here.

The service was awful. Staff weren’t there when needed, and there was no one at the reception desk either.
