The support staff were very good during our three days there in March 2026. It's a wonderful property and definitely one of the best in Puri, with an excellent location. The place isn't maintained well, though. Better linen and renovated toilets would make it the best property in Puri. I sincerely recommend staying here.

The beach is just a minute's walk away and was calm and quiet. We had a pleasant four-day family stay this year (2022), in a serene, peaceful spot. The cook was very, very good, and meals were made to suit our convenience and preferences. The caretaker was friendly and took care of whatever help we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend the place.

The two people working here were really nice and humble, and they cooked good food in the kitchen. I don't blame them for the problems, but their constant presence was another hit to privacy. The joined rooms have a shared door that also compromises privacy. When we walked into room no.3, there were two lizards on the bed, another in the bathroom, and another came through a hole in the room. Wild lizards were everywhere. The place felt shabby, and some things, like the curtains, seemed disputed. I didn't find it hygienic or a good place to stay.

We were very disappointed by the complete lack of hospitality. The owner didn't show up despite being asked several times, and proper arrangements hadn't been made. The cook prepared too little food, and the caretaker was callous. The service was extremely poor.
