The stay caused inconvenience, discomfort, and mental harassment. The hotel's maintenance, cleanliness, and management were poor, reflecting serious negligence by the administration. Basic hospitality standards weren't met. Staff conduct was rude, irresponsible, and unprofessional. Waiters were careless and failed to provide proper service. The overall experience was unacceptable and far below reasonable hospitality standards. I strongly advise management to take immediate corrective action on staff conduct, customer service, hygiene, and operations. Based on this experience, I can't recommend the hotel to others.

We stayed at Raj Mahal Hotel from 17th April2026 till 20th April'2026 and got completely fed up with the hotel and its staff. The rooms, pillows, blankets, and bathrooms were dirty, and the AC wasn't working properly. Staff had a very bad attitude, weren't cooperative, and wouldn't listen to guests' problems. It's a very bad hotel, and I suggest not staying here. A very bad experience.

The road to the hotel was in terrible shape, and it took effort to find the place. We had booked two pool-view rooms, but the condition inside was so bad that we left immediately, even though we'd paid in full. The reception felt more like a run-down lodge than a resort, with dim lighting, filthy hallways and bird droppings everywhere. Our room had a dirty bathroom and bedsheets with burn holes. Don't let the online photos persuade you to book.

We checked the rooms before paying, and I'm glad we did. The online pictures looked great, but the place was completely different in person. The bed and hallway were dirty, and half the lights didn't work. The rooms were also much dirtier than the photos suggested. I wouldn't stay here.

It took us 40 minutes to find this hotel because it's so isolated. Once we got there, it was nothing like the impression the listing gave us. The bedding was dirty and burnt, and the rooms weren't maintained. Even the pool looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in decades. I'd rather stay in a hut than book this place. Avoid it if you want a good stay.
