Neelam looked after us so well at Ganga’s Restaurant at Pushkar Fort. She was polite, attentive, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the meal. The vegetarian food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared, with every dish showing care for quality and authentic taste. We had a wonderful dining experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pushkar Fort for vegetarian food and good service.

The peaceful setting and quality of the property went beyond what I expected. I stayed for one day, and the rooms were spacious, well appointed, and very clean. The property itself is beautiful and has an atmosphere that put me at ease right away. When I asked at the last minute for a cake and decorations, the team arranged them quickly and beautifully. Everyone was helpful and attentive, and Sushil Ji, Kia,Varsha and the rest of the staff made our stay especially memorable with their outstanding service.

Vijendra Singh is a reliable and punctual Front Office Manager who takes responsibility for his duties and supports his team with guidance when needed. He understands procedures such as room allocation, guest handling, check-ins, and check-outs, and deals with guests politely. Front office operations run efficiently under his care, with smooth coordination between guests and staff, which helps guest satisfaction and the hotel’s image. There is room to improve billing accuracy and daily check-in updates. Closer supervision of the team, more attention to detail, and regular follow-ups would help prevent discrepancies and improve daily operations. Vijendra Singh has good potential to be even more effective with stronger monitoring and control.
