For about 2,000 INR per night, I got dirty, worn-out sheets, pillowcases, and blanket covers that seemed to have been used at another branch. There was no Wi-Fi, cable, towel, soap, or mineral water, and the cleaning was poor. The service was very bad.

The hygiene was poor, the rooms smelled bad, and even proper mineral water wasn’t available. The sheets weren’t clean, maintenance was lacking, and the staff were unprofessional. The rooms they provide look very different from the pictures. It was a waste of money and the worst stay I’ve had in Raipur. I wouldn’t recommend it, since there are much better hotels nearby in the same price range.

I love the room service here. It’s the best and most affordable.
