OYO Rooms Railway Station Raipur

We only stayed one night while traveling, and it was awful. The AC didn’t work, the sheets and pillows were in such poor shape that I worried someone could get an infection from using them, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been updated since the early 70s. Staff were arrogant and gave irresponsible answers instead of helping. I’d sooner sleep on a railway platform than book this room.

There were problems in every room they showed me: no lights in the first, an unclean washroom in the second, and a broken AC in the third. The hotel has no laundry, so sheets, blankets and pillows aren’t changed. There were no towels or RO water, the geyser was missing, and none of the AC units worked properly. In winter, expect a cold shower. Service is nonexistent, and I heard the staff hadn’t been paid for months, so blaming them doesn’t seem fair. OYO should remove this hotel until the facilities improve. One of my worst stays.

I liked the hotel a lot, especially how the staff treated us. The management deserves credit too. Thanks, Abhishek sir.

The rooms are in very poor condition, and the reception staff’s manner was bad. I definitely wouldn’t tell anyone to stay here.
