Explorer R.
The biggest bother was cigarette smoke in the corridor. It was quite disturbing, and management needs to monitor it strictly to keep the place smoke free, whether the smell comes from staff or guests. Food was another letdown: the menu was nearly the same each day, mostly South Indian dishes, with no alternatives, so a long stay would be difficult. Guests are directed to have complimentary breakfast at Restaurant Vitamin R, just a couple of meters away, for more variety. The rooms themselves were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and housekeeping kept them in good shape. Room service was decent and arrived within a reasonable time. Comfort and the stay experience earn Brindavan Elite a 4-star rating.
