This might suit a short stay or a small business event, but I wouldn’t choose it for a large wedding. The rooms were okay, though poorly maintained, with faulty taps, and the service staff were rude. Food quality was poor, and supplies were mismanaged during the events. I ended up supervising everything from room service to event arrangements, and even juice or cold drinks came in plastic glasses. We got through it with help from Mr Yogendra, the GM. I’ve softened this review because I don’t want to be too harsh, but be careful about management’s commitments.

Polite staff couldn’t make up for a disappointing stay at Hotel Arya. The accommodation was poor, and the geyser didn’t work. I arrived late at night and couldn’t get anyone to open the gate or answer my calls. It wasn’t a great experience.

Getting around was easy from this central spot, with convenient access in every direction. The service was good too, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was quiet and relaxing, with a very soothing atmosphere. Animesh prashad at reception was especially humble and cooperative, making things easy for us from the time we met him through check-in. We had a nice experience.
