We've been ordering from here for 10 years, and the quality has stayed consistent. This time, the breakfast arrived fresh at Ratlam station on our way to Nathdwara. It was packed well, still hot, and good quality. Thank you, Sagar Castel.

The place wasn't worth even 1000. Cleanliness and service were poor, and the receptionist with glasses was rude. First he asked for 150 rupee for an extra member, then at checkout he asked for 900 rupee. Worst experience.

I ordered through the railone app, but both the taste and freshness were missing. The delivery boy was rude when I asked him not to handle the food so roughly, since he was shaking the package.

The food I ordered through the IRCTC rail app was really good and suited what I needed. If you're travelling through Ratlam, I'd recommend ordering from this hotel.

The bathroom was filthy, the mattress and quilt were dirty, and the AC didn't work. Towels were only average. I wouldn't recommend it.
