OYO Garg Residency works as a basic, affordable place for a short visit to Siliguri. The rooms are simple and functional, though the bathroom fixtures, room amenities, and general upkeep could be better. Breakfast choices are limited, and noise from nearby areas can sometimes be bothersome. Don't expect much in the way of luxury or facilities.

We came from Bangalore and used this hotel as the starting point for a big trip. We had two rooms, and the price, food, cleanliness, room features, manager, and room service were all spot on. Even though we arrived after 10 pm, they kept the restaurant open and brought exactly what we ordered. The food was varied, tasty, and hygienic. The one drawback was that the restaurant doesn't open for breakfast until 8:30 am.

The hospitality stood out most during our one-night stay before an early flight. The manager upgraded my classic room to a deluxe one at no extra cost, and everyone was polite, especially Mr Ajay Lama, the relationship manager. Our room was clean and tidy, the restaurant food was very good, and the hotel is a good distance from the airport. I'd recommend it and hope to come back soon.
