Food delivery through Swiggy and other services was available, which was useful during my one-day stay at JMJ Comfort, Salem. The room was clean, well kept, and had decent amenities. Check-in went smoothly, and the stay was comfortable. A good choice for a short visit, and I’d recommend it.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and the fragrance packets hadn’t been replaced. There was no liquid hand wash, either, and we spotted small cockroaches in both the room and washroom. The comfort AC rooms felt small but cozy. For our family of four, they couldn’t place us in two rooms together, so we ended up on different floors. The stay was reasonable overall.

The service was great, and the place was spotless. It’s very clean, offers good value for money, and provides all the toiletries. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

The location is a real plus, close to shops and with a separate space for car parking. We had a pleasant family stay, and the place was neat. The staff were supportive.
