The bathrooms were beyond comment, and they even gave us used sheets and pillows instead of clean ones. There was no AC or Wi-Fi, and the staff were very impolite. Even after paying extra room charges, we got no service. They accepted my prepaid Oyo booking, then refused to give us rooms and demanded more money. Oyo cancelled the booking and started a refund without asking me. I had no choice on the spot but to pay extra. This place doesn't deserve even one star.

I've stayed here twice as a couple, and the rooms are well kept, though small, with friendly staff. There isn't a food service, but you can order through Zomato or ask staff to order for you. It's near the market, so outside can be crowded in the day. Checking in during daylight is fine, but walking to the hotel late in the evening or at night may feel uncomfortable. Once inside, there are no issues. The charges are high, though: they'll ask for more money for booking two rooms under individual names, on top of what you paid on OYO, and an offline booking costs nearly 2k. You could also consider Hotel G9 nearby, though its rooms aren't as good, or Hotel Sai Krupa near Dhanupali Police Station.

The tap water sometimes smells like drain water, and there's no lift. Breakfast is very basic, just some fried street food snacks. The hotel is on the building's second floor and has a dormitory available. Rooms are small, but manageable for a short stay.

The hotel is clean and good for health and hygiene, right in front of HDFC Bank. But it needs a fresh rejuvenation. Avoid booking through OYO: they may not give you a room and instead ask you to cancel the OYO booking and book offline.
