The food menu is pretty limited, and the taste is below average. The location and look of the place are really nice, though, with a peaceful vibe. If they can improve the food, it could be a great place to hang out.

There aren't any breakfast options, and the host was no help at all. I had to carry my luggage up to the second floor and bring it back down myself. Poor service. Book at your own risk.

The place is nice and the food was okay, but there was no staff to help with our luggage. We took three rooms and got just one kettle, which we had to carry up and down ourselves.

It's a nice place, but with family you'll have to manage on your own. There was no staff, so we had to carry our luggage to the second floor ourselves, and they charge for everything.

The staff were really friendly and warm, and the rooms were spacious with clean washrooms. It's a decent value-for-money place to stay in Shillong. We visited in November and it was quite cold, so I'd suggest they provide heaters.
