Getting to the hotel from the railway station was easy, and there’s a direct route to Mall Road. We had a lovely front-facing room that was clean and comfortable. The food was just okay, but the staff were excellent, polite, and well mannered. They arranged early check-in, and taxis for sightseeing were easy to find, with good drivers and affordable fares. A very good choice 👍 Keep it up.

Subhash ji gave us an engaging tour and shared a lot of knowledge about Shimla. Satish Ji looked after the room and breakfast service so welcomingly, and Kesar ji understood what we needed and arranged the experience. The hospitality from everyone was commendable. From the start, the staff anticipated our needs, and we found the room spotless, the bed lovely, and breakfast delicious. A memorable stay, and we can’t wait to return.

Mr. Premlal Ji was especially kind and humble, and made our visit even nicer. The staff were helpful and polite, and the service was really good. We found the rooms clean, cozy, and comfortable. Mall Road is close enough to walk to, which made this a great family stay in Shimla. 🙏❄️✨

Amit saved us a lot of time by arranging an early check-in, so we could explore more of Shimla. There’s also direct access to Mall Road, and no need to worry about the main lift closing. The hotel had a good vibe, tasty food, and humble, attentive staff.
