The staff were incredibly helpful. At check-in, the desk staff clearly explained the Sai baba mandir darshan, and we were able to get darshan without any hassle. The room and linens were clean, hot water was available, and the restaurant food was very good. We’ve travelled all around the world, but the love and care from the staff here was amazing. Full value for money.

The room was very average compared with how it looked in the pictures, so honestly I can’t give it five stars for that. The reason I’m giving five is Mr.Sachin, the incharge. Even before check-in, he arranged the airport cab as promised and gave useful information ahead of time about visiting the temple and sai teerth theme park. My Shirdi trip was excellent because of staff like SACHIN. I even took a selfie with him. Hats off to your service, SACHIN. Hotel Management, please reward him. He is an asset to your hotel business. The rooms are clean, the prices are fair, and it’s a very good hotel to stay in. The food was excellent and service was quick, with supportive staff throughout. prakash was especially kind and helpful. Sachin at reception was extremely supportive during check-in and checkout, and even helped with late checkout. I’ll surely visit again. Thanks.

Sachin at the front desk helped guests get the right information about mandir darshan and arranged a comfortable cab for our Shingnapur trip at short notice. The staff gave excellent service, and for the price, it was true value for money.
