OYO 4198 Hotel Shri Sai Murli

There’s a kids’ play area and enough car parking. The rooms were hygienic, and the staff helpful. We had a decent family stay about 1 km from the temple, on the same straight road.

On 26th Jun 15, after a tiring journey, I booked an online double A/C bedroom and stayed for half a day. The experience was horrible. The AC didn’t work, the room smelled bad, the bedsheets were torn, and the bathroom was dirty and filthy. The lift was out of order too. The whole stay was very bad. Never book this hotel.

The room service fell short of Oyo standards, and there was no proper room service in general. The place wasn’t clean, there was no hot water, and drinking water wasn’t properly provided. Water was leaking from the AC. It doesn’t meet the standards of other Oyo hotels.

The only good thing was the parking. Avoid this hotel with family, and don’t be taken in by a few users’ five-star reviews or ratings on the Oyo app and Google Maps. The property is poorly maintained, with small, cramped rooms and a pathetic lift. There’s no hot water in the bathroom, and no drinking water in the room unless you call reception. Then they bring a water jug without a glass. Breakfast starts at 8:30, when they know most people will have left. There were no AC or TV remotes, the TV’s DTH connection had expired, and no one picked up when we called room service. You’ll never see a manager or anyone responsible at the hotel. Only one person works hard to satisfy customers. This property is for unmarried couples, not families.
