The kids’ play area was a hit with the little ones, and the big lawn gave them plenty of room to run around. We also enjoyed the pool, and the fountain was a nice touch. The bonfire spot was great for relaxing with family. Friendly staff and a laid-back atmosphere made our stay at Zista Inn Resort really enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it for a fun family getaway.

Shazbaz deserves special thanks for his hospitality. We had a lovely stay, with a good view, in spacious, very clean rooms. The host was welcoming, and families will appreciate the huge lawn, ample parking, and big swimming pool. It’s a great place to stay when visiting Aravi beach, about 1 km away.

The food was a real highlight, especially the fish. The crab tandoor is a must-try, and the Mughlai dish had a rich flavor. We also found the staff friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The farmhouse is just five minutes from the sea, and the clean pool was enjoyable for adults and kids alike. A great family spot for relaxing, eating well, and spending time together. Highly recommended.

The location is convenient, 900 m from Arabia beach and 4 km from shriwardhan beach. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hospitality. Highly recommend this resort if you’re visiting kokan.

There aren’t many places nearby for good, authentic food, so plan accordingly. The beach has lovely white sand. The property was neat and clean, and the staff were cooperative. It’s 1 km from the beach, around a 10-minute walk, so having your own vehicle may be preferable. The swimming pool was good, and the owner, Mr. Shahbaz, was very humble and cooperative. I recommend staying here.
