Ramada Encore By Wyndham Siliguri Sevoke Road

Getting around was easy from this location, with shops, transport and onward travel close by. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the service was friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with the standard amenities, though it wasn’t huge and the view wasn’t spectacular. We enjoyed the varied, good-quality breakfast buffet and rooftop dining. For the price, Ramada Encore by Wyndham, Siliguri felt worth it. We’d happily return for another no-fuss, dependable stay.

The location is convenient, with good connections to nearby restaurants, shopping complexes and other places. The rooftop restaurant has a nice ambience, and there’s a gym on the same top floor. In the evenings, staff asked every day if we needed anything, but service overall wasn’t satisfactory. The room and washroom were very cramped. They didn’t leave a towel, so I had to ask for one every day. The food was just okay, and overall the hotel was average.

We stayed one night at the Ramada Encore Siliguri, but the property didn’t feel like a five-star hotel. The entrance and lobby were small and crowded. The restaurant was cramped, with a congested buffet layout, though the food had satisfactory quality and variety. Our deluxe room wasn’t spacious and seemed suitable only for a short stay. Maintenance needs attention: the carpet was stained, and the duvet cover hadn’t been changed at first.

Puskar and Aarti were so kind and supportive during my stay. They’re wonderful people, extremely helpful and cooperative, and professional in how they work. Their positive attitude and readiness to help really made a difference. It was a pleasure to stay.
