The bus stand is nearby. Rooms are awesome, and the service is good.

We spent more than half a day in the room, so having a TV with local cable and almost all channels available was really helpful. The rooms are neat and clean, and the rate is reasonable: a non-AC room is just 750 per day. AC rooms are available too. It's a good option for families. Parking is available, though there's not much space. There are plenty of hotels, restaurants, and a bakery nearby.

The service was awful, and the management pushed guests to leave positive reviews. If they didn't, they'd start unnecessary arguments about random things. The rooms were crawling with 🦟 mosquitos, and the AC and fans weren't working properly. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
