The room had no closet, just racks, and I didn't use the TV. The AC worked well and the beds were fine. Hot water was only available from 5 to 9 in the morning, though it was warm enough for a shower at other times. Food could be ordered to the room for an extra charge. The area isn't especially clean, but it seemed much the same across the kilometre or so around the temple. That was the main reason we chose this place, only a five minute walk from the temple. It was a very cheap stay with prompt service, good value for what it cost. This is a small town whose economy mostly depends on religious travelers, not even a tier three Indian city. Hotels nearby are generally at a similar level. I travel around the world, so that's my perspective.

The owner and staff were especially kind and helpful, arranging a private cab for local sightseeing with a polite, knowledgeable, reliable driver. They also helped us book a bus to Dwarka, and that went smoothly. Our room was comfortable, clean, and felt fresh. The hotel is an easy walk from Somnath Temple, which made going for darshan convenient. It felt like a home away from home, with warm hospitality and good value. I had a wonderful stay and would happily return or recommend it to anyone visiting Somnath.

The food was really good, and the staff took care to understand what we wanted within the menu. Special thanks to Mohit Bhaiya for sorting out our customized food requests and making everything tasty. The place was kept very neat with regular cleaning, and it's a good spot near the Temple. Their food service and help with other sightseeing were both useful. The staff are the hotel's biggest advantage.

They set their rates based on demand, which is fine, but hot water for bathing was a problem. When we asked for the children, they said they couldn't provide it in the evening, only for a limited time in the morning. I'd avoid a longer stay here, especially in winter.

The room was decent, and the food service was okay, but the receptionist's manner wasn't great. For the price, the service doesn't feel worth it. There were no toiletries or towels.
