The villa was filthy, with mosquitoes and spiders in the rooms and around the pool. I’ve never seen such a dirty pool, and the house has no security. I was there with my family last month. The owner is based in Mumbai and spoke very nicely when I booked and asked for the security deposit, but after that his attitude was as if he didn’t want customers to return and wanted to deduct money from the deposit. The owner, caretaker, and housemaids are thieves. Please beware of booking this villa.

The villa was clean and had all the amenities, and the surrounding area is beautiful. It’s close to Colva beach, and I loved the space. A very nice, calm place. I’d definitely visit again.

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. They posted fake information and pricing on Airbnb. Folks, ignore this property. Not recommended.

It’s a bit inside, so a scooty is a must. The villa is beside colva beach and has everything you need for a vacation in south goa.
