Four Points By Sheraton Srinagar

We had a comfortable stay as a couple at Four Points by Sheraton in December 2025. Check-in was smooth, and the first impression was very positive. Our Standard Room was spotless and well kept, with an extremely comfortable bed and heating that worked perfectly for Srinagar’s winter. The bathroom had reliable hot water, though the jet spray ran cold. Breakfast was a highlight, with a huge selection and very good taste and quality, just what we expected from a Marriott-branded property. Staff throughout were polite, attentive, and quick to handle requests. The hotel is convenient for getting around the city, near Lal Chowk and an Army base camp, which gave us a strong sense of security. It’s a little away from Dal Lake, but the connectivity and safety make it a good choice for couples or families. It stood out as one of Srinagar’s better options, with good value, strong service, and great food.

The hotel is close to the main market, and the rooms are spacious, nicely designed, and well maintained. Staff were professional, polite, and prompt with room service, and they went to great lengths to satisfy guests. Special mentions to Ishfaq,Baserr,Zahoor,Fayaz,Rashid. I had no complaints during my two-day stay and would 💯 recommend it.

The people at Four Points by Shereton, Srinagar are what make the place memorable. There’s a calm, soft-spoken warmth in their service that feels rooted in Kashmir, with attentiveness that never feels intrusive. The team remembers requests without reminders, checks in with genuine concern, and makes conversation feel natural. You feel seen, not like a room number or booking. The property sits in Baadam Bagh, a very secured area, but it’s the staff’s pride in their land and respect for guests that leaves the lasting impression. I’ve stayed in luxury hotels across cities and countries, but this offers something more valuable than luxury: a real connection. You carry the experience with you after you leave. If you want to feel the warmth, dignity, and soul of Kashmir beyond the scenery and postcards, this is where you stay. I’ll return, and I’ll always remember the team.

The hotel has a lovely ambiance, and the food and everything else were really nice. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Usama at the desk was very helpful, and Imran at the door always greeted us with a smile. Definitely recommend it if you’re visiting the area.
