The entire hotel team were kind, helpful, and courteous, and the bathrooms were clean. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. They provide electric warmer blankets under the bedcovers, which should be enough even on most cold days. It's a pretty, spotless budget hotel just a stone's throw from beautiful Dal Lake. Totally recommend!

Some staff were rude and kept bringing up the rules for staying at the hotel. With the weather so cold, kettles weren't allowed, and they wouldn't take responsibility for providing hot drinking water. They also told us not to use the kettle in our room.
