I picked this hotel for its location for a two-day stay, but the state of the room made it the worst hotel experience I’ve had, even as a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum member. The room was covered in mold, and the bathtub looked badly patched, as the pictures show. Water leaked from the tub through the wall and flooded the room, soaking the walls and my suitcase. I reported it to management, specifically the Assistant Front Office Manager. They said they’d handle it and promised Marriott Bonvoy bonus points, but it’s now been 10 days since I left, and despite several follow-ups I still haven’t received them. The welcome points haven’t been credited either. No one from hotel management ever contacted me officially or apologized for the unacceptable room condition. If Marriott Platinum members, including those supposedly getting room upgrades, are put in rooms in such catastrophic condition, I can’t recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic family lunch at the Fairfield Sriperumbudur recently, and the food was delicious. The service made the meal especially memorable. Gopal from the restaurant team was warm and attentive, and Deepanjan from the general hotel staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They both went above and beyond to look after our family. Highly recommend the hotel and restaurant. Kudos to the team!

I’m at this hotel about 180 days a year and order takeaway every day for work. The dining room food and service used to be excellent, but during this stay the food has been below par and the service worse, especially with getting my orders right and ready on time. Over the past month, I’ve had to wait five times. Three times I left without lunch so I wouldn’t be late for work. I order 30 minutes before I need to leave, and it still isn’t ready.

The staff were friendly, and there were plenty of food options, including Ramen and dishes aimed at Japanese and Koreans, likely because the Samsung factory is nearby. My room was a decent size, with a nice view of the roads. A nice stay in Sriperumbudur.
