The setting near Edakkal Caves was a big part of our stay, with a quiet, forest-like feel. Guest vehicles can go beyond the base checkpost, so getting to the caves before the crowds was easier. The food was good quality and fairly priced. We had one of our best family stays here. Mr. Nidhin from the property team looked after us wonderfully and made everything comfortable. It was a memorable visit.

We caught an unforgettable sunset from our room, and monkeys sometimes came into the courtyard. The room was great for anyone who likes staying close to nature, with an amazing view. Meals were nice, and the place where they were served had an aesthetic feel. The manager and staff were helpful and professional. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it and come back.

After visiting Wayanad many times, I finally found a resort where I could feel really peaceful. Edakkal Hermitage Resort has a few activities, but it's a good choice if quiet is what you're after. The staff are all friendly, and the view point is the highlight. Recommend 🤍

You can order food from the restaurant, so there was no need to leave this spot when we wanted something to eat. Our family had a pleasant stay, surrounded by lush greenery and a cool atmosphere. It's right at the entrance to Edakkal Caves, and a lovely fit for anyone who enjoys being close to nature and taking in scenic views.

The cooler hilltop weather and forest setting made this a lovely place to unwind after a hectic work schedule. We stayed in a cottage, which was spacious and comfortable. Mr. Nitin, the resort manager, was friendly and helped us plan day trips. He also arranged a local trek for us. The resort is in Wayanad, very close to Edakkal cave. We loved our stay and would certainly return. Thankyou Team. Good day.
