OYO 90450 Hotel Weekend Rooms

Everything was a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the staff were attentive. The receptionist especially was humble and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

There was no parking, and the passages and lobby were dirty. We had booked through OYO and arrived with kids at 10:30 p.m., but the hotel refused our booking and simply told us to leave. The receptionist was very rude, and the owner wouldn't cooperate. He demanded extra money because we'd booked at a discounted OYO rate and threatened us. This place isn't worth a single star. Find somewhere else, and don't waste your hard-earned money here.

I paid the required amount for an OYO Rooms reservation around 1 p.m., then they suddenly cancelled it at 7 p.m. without a valid reason or warning. I was left scrambling for somewhere else to stay in an unfamiliar place, after losing several hours and having my plans ruined. I'd chosen the hotel based on the information from OYO Rooms and expected things to go smoothly. Instead, the whole experience was a nightmare.

When we arrived, the hotel had already given our rooms to other guests who were willing to pay more, even though we'd booked through Goibibo OYO and paid in full in advance. It was the worst experience of our lives at a hotel. They care only about money and have no business ethics. Don't trust this place with an advance booking or book online through OYO.
