Harsh Hotel

The location was one of the things we loved, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I stayed at Hotel harsh with my family, and it was one of the best places we’ve stayed. The rooms were spacious and good quality, the food was great, and the service was amazing. Management and staff went out of their way to make the stay pleasant for us.

I was in town for an exam and stayed one night. My train wasn’t until 8pm, and I finished at 3pm, so the manager kindly offered to let me come back and rest later that day at no charge. The staff were quick to help and very friendly. Thanks for the pleasant service, and keep it up!

The rooms look out over the rail line, and the location is excellent. Staff were helpful, including with travel arrangements, but the inside feels very cramped. The night staff seemed inexperienced when preparing the final bill. Water served with dinner costs extra, and breakfast only includes items like Paratha. You have to pay for fruit at breakfast as well. The food is a bit expensive, though it tastes good.

I’ve been living at Hotel Harsh for a month, and it’s been good for a longer stay. The rooms are neat and clean, and the staff are supportive. Manager Mr. Raju Rahar and Jaswinder Paaji have sorted out guests’ issues, while kitchen staff Mr Bir Singh and Rosan have provided good room service. Pradeep Kukna (Nagaur, Rajasthan)
