The place is so quiet and peaceful that it feels cut off from the outside world. Paras was a wonderful host, always warm and friendly, and there with a smile. Breakfast was included, which was a thoughtful bonus. There’s a nostalgic charm outside and around the compound, while the interiors are modern and comfortable. It was a lovely stay, and I’d highly recommend it for a calm, relaxing break.

I spent 2 nights at this dome resort, and it was a very disappointing stay. There was a bad smell in the room, the rooms felt unhygienic and poorly maintained, and even the doors and washroom flush were damaged. Hot water was a major problem. The resort had one electric rod for the entire property, so guests all depended on it. We had to wait nearly 1 hour just to get one bucket of hot water. There wasn’t a proper hot water facility. The food was very poor and not worth what they charged. They also refused to provide a GST bill and kept misleading us whenever we asked for one. The poor upkeep, billing issues, and lack of basic amenities made the stay very unpleasant. It doesn't meet even basic hospitality standards, and I wouldn't recommend it.

We had a fabulous time at hr26 hotel & resort and are planning to come back soon with our whole gang. The staff were very good, the food was great, and it felt like a family place where everyone should go. Being at high altitude makes arranging things difficult, but the resort arranged everything we needed as requested. Thank you.
