The rooms and washroom were clean, but the service really let the place down. There was no water or TV, and for rooms at this price the room service wasn't good enough. In my opinion they need to improve it and make better choices. I wouldn't recommend paying a high price to stay here. I'd give it 2 stars because of the service.

The person handling parking was especially awful, and the staff were the rudest I've ever encountered. I can't understand why a hotel that depends on tourists would treat guests this way. Its city location seems to be the only reason anyone stays here. Otherwise, it's a horrible place.

We had a great family visit to Hotel Dev Palace Tapovan Rishikesh. Our rooms were roomy and spotless, and the staff were kind and ready to help. It was also a convenient base for our Rishikesh plans, close to Laxman Jhula.

That night here with my family cost me 2200 rs. We stayed the night of 27-28 oct 2025, and it was pathetic, pathetic, pathetic. I'd rather sleep on the road than at Dev palace hotel. Don't waste your money.
