I spent three nights at this hostel and wanted to stay another day, but it was fully booked. I liked everything, from the location and staff to the stay itself. Sheetal, the owner, is very cool and friendly. When I couldn’t find a place for my last night, she called and helped me sort it out. I’m totally in love with this place. Honestly, I’d recommend it over some of the nearby stays that get more hype.

The rooms are maintained and the toilets are kept clean, but the people attending to you aren’t very good. They seem friendly, though that wasn’t how I found the experience during my stay. It felt like a bunch of business minded people. There’s nothing wrong with that, but I was charged 100rs more than others sharing my dormitory room, and that made the experience bad.

The window has a beautiful view, and there’s an open kitchen with everything you need for a long stay. WiFi works well too, so you can enjoy working from home :)

It’s a great place for a group of friends. The rooms are cosy, though the view isn’t much, and there are plenty of things to do. The staff are the friendliest. Sheetal, Sattu, Neeraj and Sagar are the people to see when you’re in Rishikesh. They run a cafe called lotus cafe near laxman jhula. Don’t miss the food, it’s delicious, and they give an additional discount.

Great location for staying in Rishikesh, and especially good for backpackers and couples. The management is a gem. They can arrange all the popular activities, including rafting and bungee. Special mention to Sheetal mam, a guide and host with a beautiful soul.
