The service was disappointing, and the bathroom water quality was poor. Our room was dirty, with a bad smell in the bathroom and insects, including cockroaches and lizards. We reported it to reception, but they said it was normal and didn’t come to inspect the room.

The room wasn’t clean, and insects were inside. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the water quality there was poor too. The service overall was very unsatisfactory, and I was very disappointed with the stay.

For families, this place was completely unsuitable, and I felt I’d wasted my money. We had to pay for bottled water, unlike at other hotels where it’s complimentary each day, and room service was very poor. Our first room was dirty and badly maintained, so we complained and got moved. In the replacement room, the AC barely worked and most of the lights were out. It felt like a basic OYO setup.

The room was spotless when I arrived, fresh-smelling and well kept, and everything worked as it should. I slept really well in the comfortable bed with crisp linens. The décor felt modern but cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful lighting and well-stocked amenities. The AC worked perfectly; the clean bathroom had strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. It was also very quiet, with excellent noise insulation. The room was well prepared, and the stay exceeded my expectations. I’d happily recommend it for a comfortable, clean, worry-free stay. A perfect experience from start to finish.

We booked rooms for February 14, but our room had been given to someone else. It feels like a scam. Don’t book with them.
