Super Hotel O Anayara Near Lulu Mall Formerly Timber Residency

The whole building was poorly maintained. There was no lift, and no housekeeping help with luggage, even though the rooms are only on the 1st and 2nd floors. There was no car parking either, and I was told to leave the car by the road on a Service Road of NH. When I asked to change rooms, the others had the same damp walls. The room was filthy. Damp seepage and fungus covered every side of the walls, the inner layer was visible, and the paint stuck to my hands. The bedspread wasn't clean, and the mattress sank deeply when I sat on it. Frustrated, I returned the key at reception and went to the hotel next door. Don't book based on the photos on Goibibo and MMT. I attached the photos I took.

We liked the clean, lovely rooms a lot. The staff welcomed guests with warm smiles and so much kindness.

It covered the basics I needed, and I thought the hotel was good value for money. Everything was great, really. If I had to nitpick, it's a bit far from the temple and the paint in the room was peeling.

There was no room service, no phone in the rooms, and no elevator. They weren't even willing to bring towels or water when asked. One room had c*n*d*m packets in it. The cleanliness was bad and the room service was horrible. I wouldn't recommend it for a decent stay, definitely not for families.
