What I enjoyed most was the soothing music around Yam Hotel, Trivandrum. It gave the place a lovely vibe and made the atmosphere feel premium. The staff were very courteous, the hospitality was top-notch, and the fresh, flavorful food arrived on time. An amazing stay, with comfort, good food, and great service.

At Yam Hotel, Trivandrum, the staff brought warm, attentive hospitality and real professionalism. Room service was prompt and smooth, and the food was flavorful, refined, and thoughtfully presented. The well-maintained rooms made for a comfortable, elegant stay. A relaxing experience, highly recommended for a premium stay.

The room smelled awful, and the sheets smelled bad too. Towels were unclean, there were no toiletries, and when I complained about the room odor, they only sprayed floor cleaner, which made things even more uncomfortable. I also had to wait an hour for my room after arriving at 8.30pm, until 9.30pm. Another family was at reception waiting almost an hour as well. When I ordered dinner, the waiter brought it and asked for a tip. I'd booked breakfast with the room, but all they gave me was a bread omelet. The worst experience. Please don't choose this under any circumstances. My rating is negative.

Service from management was smooth, making the meal enjoyable and memorable. The restaurant's selective menu was carefully put together, and the dishes had great flavor.
