Yasmin & Sushmita at reception made a real difference, welcoming us warmly and paying attention to the details. The whole team made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, and the location and amenities were great. Exceptional stay, would highly recommend!

The food was a highlight, especially the Veg and Non Veg Combos, which were the best I’ve had in recent times and good value too. Breakfast choices were quite limited, though, and the menu seemed unchanged during my two days there. My shower also didn’t work, the only real disappointment. Otherwise, the menu was great, and staff were responsive, polite, and helpful. Rooms were clean, and the central hall is impressive for get-togethers or birthday parties. There’s in room bar service, plus basics such as 24 hr Hot water, a dental kit, soap, shampoo, laundry service, and Slippers. The hotel is in the heart of Tinsukia town, just behind Police Station and 1.2 Km from Tinsukia Junction railway station, convenient for tourists and working professionals alike. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d recommend it.

I’ve been staying at Hotel Royal Highness since 2022, and to me it’s the best among Tinsukia hotels. The food is commendable, and the room and washroom facilities are very good. Front desk, housekeeping, and room service staff have all been well behaved. The front desk executives are especially capable and cordial. I can’t recall their names except madam Yasmin, who is gentle and quick with service. Anyone travelling to Tinsukia can check in here, I don’t think they’ll regret it. Thanks.
