The staff were lovely with us, even helping out and suggesting good places for photos. Their warm welcome made our time there even better. My friends and I also really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. We ordered the Alfredo, chicken dry fry, and sizzling brownie with ice cream, and every dish was delicious and full of flavour. Compliments to the chef, everything was top notch.

Miss Ningku was so friendly and handled everything in a way that made everyone in our group feel special. The whole team was welcoming, and their behaviour really impressed me. Superb service. I hope they keep it up.

On regular visits, the food has always been good, and the place has a pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, rooftop seating, a bar, and plenty of parking. Ordering is done by scanning the menu and placing your order that way. Durga Puja was a letdown, though, because the food quality wasn’t up to standard. They should keep the food more consistent on busy special occasions. It’s a good restaurant with room to improve during the rush.

The staff were the best part, and the ambience felt like a lovely little haven in the city. I mostly spent time at the bar and restaurant. They had a great range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and the food was good overall.

The peaceful, welcoming feel made it easy to feel at home during my stay at Hotel mirana. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was fresh and tasty, with a good choice of dishes. I’d happily recommend Hotel Kirana for a pleasant stay, and I’m looking forward to coming back.
