I liked the food, but the service was the worst and laziest I've experienced. They should either add or change waiters, or limit how many customers they accommodate. If you're coming with kids or toddlers, please avoid this hotel.

We were six, really hungry, and chose the AC hall. The manager told us it was for special meals and that we should sit outside if we wanted normal meals. That honestly hurt, but we went ahead and ordered the special meals anyway. The food was really good, and the person serving us was humble and polite. The place was clean, too. I just wish the AC hall manager would speak more respectfully to customers. Management could improve how it handles people.

The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly. Still, we were really disappointed by the food. Saravana bhavan had built up goodwill with us, but the food was terrible. Please improve the food, that's all. Thank you 👍

The menu prices are too high for average people. Even if you're filthy rich, I wouldn't recommend paying Rs 175/- + gst for a single ghee roast. Nearby hotels have the same food for half the price. They should try to cater to everyone.

The kuthu parata was okay, but the fried rice tasted like plain rice, with hardly any salt, pepper, or spices. The noodles had the same problem.
