The complimentary breakfast was really good, the staff were polite, and the rooms were neat and clean overall. There was some dust on the chair, though. Parking was available, and a limited number of drivers could stay there on a first-come, first-served basis. It was a pleasant family stay, and I loved it. One thing that bothered me was the strong lemon air freshener smell throughout the lobby and room. They could improve that. Also, when we arrived on the 31st after booking through Goibibo, the receptionist asked for IDs for every member, something the app hadn’t mentioned. The hotel had called the day before to confirm, but didn’t mention the ID requirement then or offer another solution. That caused us a lot of trouble.

We were satisfied overall. Siva from housekeeping deserves a special mention, and the night security guard was very helpful and did his best to help with my EV charging. The front office was less supportive, though, and the FOM showed no courtesy when I asked a question.

We held a business discussion there, and the room worked well for several people using laptops, with multiple tables, chairs, and power points. The rooms were clean, and hygiene was well maintained. It’s in a great spot opposite the central busstand, and reception responded properly, gave us good directions, and the staff were well mannered.

The food was tasty and satisfying, and the rooms were clean, well kept, and just the right size. Mohan from housekeeping was prompt, helpful, and did a good job looking after the rooms. Staff across the hotel were friendly and courteous. Reception was welcoming and efficient, and the restaurant team, especially Sankar, Abdul and the others, made meals comfortable. Management also took time to ask personally how we were doing, which showed care. We had a smooth, enjoyable stay and would recommend the property.
