We booked and paid online for three days, checking in at 11:30 PM on 28/02/2026. Room no 502 had leaking taps and shower, so the next day they moved us to Room No. 402, which was a little better. The blankets there were torn. We left after two days and two hours. At checkout, they said they'd discuss the refund with management and send it through gpay, but didn't settle the bill then. After a week of follow-ups, they emailed an invoice with no refund listed. A very bad stay, and I feel the hotel cheated us. The cafeteria's complimentary breakfast also had the same breakfasts and chutneys each day. Maybe they assume nobody stays longer than one day!

The location and parking were the only things I really liked. Our family rooms had centralized AC, but the remotes couldn't adjust the temperature, and there were no blankets. The bathrooms were average.

Staff didn't seem to care about guests. We had no AC for 10 hours, got neither a refund nor a new room, and tea or coffee orders took over an hour. Breakfast was just as slow because they were short staffed, so we waited ages for food. The worst experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Try Hotel Tamil Nadu, Guru, or Rajasugam instead.

No one answered at reception, so I booked through the vijey hotel website. Even though I paid more than the regular rate, the staff said management had instructed them not to include complimentary breakfast. A regular room booking is Rs.2500, while online is Rs.2650. They told me I'd booked an offer and wouldn't get breakfast.

Check-in took more than an hour because they were short staffed, and they kept changing their story. There was no WIFI or hot water. The receptionist told us to check the website, saying it mentioned they didn't have these things, and we had seen a few mentions of that too. A horrible stay. I'll never visit this hotel again.
