Ellora Hotel

We’ve stayed at Ellora Hotel four times, and each visit has been consistently excellent. The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and the whole property shows how much care goes into keeping guests happy. The staff are warm, friendly, and eager to help. Mr. Thiru also deserves special appreciation: even with a successful property, he remains humble, approachable, and down to earth. After all our visits, we don’t feel a need to look at fancy resorts or other places to stay in Thiruvannamalai. Ellora has earned our trust through its cleanliness, service, and heartfelt hospitality. We love staying here and look forward to coming back many more times.

Room service stood out. Even with a heavy crowd and many orders at once, the staff patiently worked through each request without delay. Their calm, organized handling made me feel valued. The hotel was well managed from the moment I arrived. Staff were professional, dedicated, efficient, and courteous, which made the stay smooth and enjoyable. It’s a good example of how strong management and professionalism can make a stay pleasant, even when things are busy.

Ms. Roshini, Ms. Malar, and Ms. Akshtha were kind and provided outstanding housekeeping service. I appreciate their professionalism and warm hospitality. The owner of Ellora Hotel also personally checked how my stay was going and made sure I was comfortable. Such a humble, caring person. Thank you for making my stay wonderful.

The direct view of Arunachala Hill was one of the best parts of our stay. It gave the place a peaceful, spiritual feeling, almost like resting at the feet of Lord Shiva. The hotel was clean and conveniently located, and its calm atmosphere was lovely. Still, it was an average stay. The extra bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were below expectations, especially for a relatively new hotel. We slept poorly throughout the visit. Breakfast was acceptable, but the selection was limited and unchanged over our three days. More variety and better quality would help. The restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner were especially warm and welcoming, and we appreciated that. Better bedding and more varied breakfasts would make the experience much better.
