Mr. Nandu especially stood out for his professionalism and kindness, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and the staff's warm hospitality made a real difference. The property is well maintained, with a welcoming feel as soon as you arrive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed to relax. The food was amazing at every meal and beautifully served. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

The food was great, and the owner and team were nice. The place is well maintained, and I didn't find any pigeons, which was a relief. There is plenty of open-air space outside to relax, and it's a good place to dine, stay, and park a car. The staff were so pleasing and tried hard to make guests happy. I couldn't tip the people who served our food and cleaned, and I hope they are paid better because their efforts are appreciated. I stayed for 3 Nights. The house smelled humid, and I need fresh air. I tried the AC for air, but it didn't cool. I was there in January, so cooling wasn't needed, but opening the windows would have helped with freshness. I'd suggest airing out the rooms before guests arrive. The floors were clean, though there was still a bit of dust under the bed.

Nandu was a real help during our Udaipur trip, always smiling and genuinely pleasant. Staff were polite and helpful throughout, the food was nice, and the location was peaceful and convenient. The dampness in the rooms and bathrooms left a constant smell that made our stay uncomfortable. The property needs major repairs and renovation, especially in the rooms and washrooms, and the owner should look into it urgently. With that work done, the strong service and location could make this place much better.

This is an old property, and the bathroom needs a deeper clean. Visible stains there affected our impression. Still, we had a comfortable stay and felt it was value for money. The outside looks quite impressive, our room was very spacious, and check-in and checkout were smooth. Staff stayed polite and cooperative throughout. Better bathroom maintenance would improve the experience.
