We booked several rooms here for a wedding and were left embarrassed in front of our guests. We had been promised a certain number of rooms, including AC master bedrooms, but on the day itself we got fewer rooms and fewer AC rooms than agreed. We had to quickly book extra rooms at a hotel, while some guests had to put up with the summer heat without AC. When we raised it, the guy said this was normal business practice and told us to back off, saying he had criminal cases registered against him at the police station. I found the whole thing deeply unprofessional and incompetent. He promises a lot and then leaves you stuck. There’s no attached kitchen to cater for guests, and the quoted prices for breakfast, lunch and dinner were far too high. We got food delivered from a nearby Adige Bhattru ( Brahmin Cook) for half the price. Udupi has plenty of hotels with better facilities at a reasonable price, many with restaurants attached. The total cost can be about the same or only +10 percent, and we, like others, didn’t look around enough beforehand. This place is attached to "Olu Rooms and Resorts", but the website doesn’t match what we found on the ground. I wouldn’t expect good customer service from someone who boasts about pending criminal cases. It was a total disaster. Look around before booking, since hotels in Udupi offer good rooms and restaurants without costing a fortune.

The stay was convenient and spacious, and everything else was as expected. The fans do turn on, but they don’t push out any air at all, which is very strange, so they need fixing. I’d still recommend the place and would use it again if I needed to.

Right in the centre of Udupi City, with the College area of Manipal also close by. The ambience is nice, and the full-size 2Bhk rooms are very spacious.

The rooms were neat, tidy and nice to stay in. Getting around is a bit limited, though. You have to walk at least half a km to find an auto.
