This was my second visit, and I came with my family. At night the staff acted strangely and were very rude when I asked for cutlery. I told the owners about it the next morning. I expected some courtesy while staying with my family, but the experience was pathetic. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rates were 1600 rs for 2 beds, 2000 rs for 3 beds, and 2400 rs for 4 beds. At those prices, the rooms weren't clean enough to be worth it. There were lots of big mosquitoes, and we also had a water issue. Even after asking many times, they only gave us water once. The one advantage is being close to the railway station. Apart from that, it wasn't worth the price.

I needed a room for 2-3 hours to freshen up. It cost 800, a little pricey, but the room was good and the service was good too.

The outside looks nice, but staying here felt very average for the nightly rates. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, though several things the manager said would be provided never arrived, so keeping promises was an issue. The bathroom facilities weren't functional, and the room service was frustrating. There was only one staff member handling it, which made simple tasks take longer. For the price charged, the stay was just average.
